Nordic guided sauna and cold water
Running now in Lakewood Ranch
Three hours that
belong to you.
We want to open a place where people rest, feel comfortable and enjoy being there — something we genuinely want for ourselves, and want our community to have. And what better way to learn what you like than to ask? So the mobile sauna is running now, guided end to end. This is where we hear what you think, adjust, and get the experience right. Everything we shape together goes into the final Bastu House.
Recharge
One hour · mornings
A fast reset before the day — heat, cold, and out lighter than you came in.
Restore
Three hours · evenings
The long unwind — rounds of heat and cold, guided rest, and tea to close.
Pick the one that fits your day when you book.
- The deepest rest most guests have had in years — and they feel it the same night
- A guilt-free social hour — no alcohol, and no crash afterwards
- Somewhere to go after the gym — guests describe the rest phase as the part of training they had been skipping

Guided rest
The cold takes one of two forms — an ice tub at the stops that hold one, a Nordic Cold Pour at the rest. Both are the real shock the ritual is built around.
Heat that goes deeper
Lower temperature, higher humidity. Wet air carries warmth inward instead of scorching your throat, so you breathe deep and the heat keeps travelling in. Nothing overheats, so nothing has to be cut short.
Three hours that walk you down
Deep rest is a switch the body throws slowly, once it is convinced the effort has stopped. The rounds and the rest between them are what convince it; the tea at the end is where it settles.
